The Hanessian group presently comprises 11 postdoctoral associates, 1 Ph.D. student, 8 M.Sc. students and 2 group technicians for a total of 22.

The group occupies the entire ninth floor of the chemistry building and enjoys an "institute-like" atmosphere.

A wide-cross section of research interests are pursued in organic, bioorganic and medicinal chemistry.  A selection of published work can be found in the accompanying pages.
